Preparation time: 10 minutes Serves:4–6asaside Ingredients 1kg assorted heirloom and cherry tomatoes 300g buffalo mozzarella cheese, torn into chunks 1⁄2 bunch fresh basil 1⁄4 cup micro herbs Ingredients – Dressing 1 tbs balsamic vinegar 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil 1⁄2 tsp brown sugar 1⁄2 clove of garlic, minced Freshly ground salt and black pepper to taste Method 1. Slice heirloom tomatoes in quarters and cherry tomatoes in halves. Place cut tomatoes into the Mahalo 2.3 Litre Bowl and set aside. 2. To make the dressing, place dressing ingredients into the Smooth ChopperTM with the whisk insert and process to combine well. 3. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and top with cheese, basil leaves and garnish with micro herbs. 4. Using the Mahalo Servers toss the salad to blend the flavours. 5.
