Preparation time: 15 minutes Makes: 4 Litres Ingredients 1⁄2 fresh pineapple, peeled 2 large oranges, peeled Desired fruit such as strawberries and grapefruit Ice cubes 1.5 Litres tropical juice, chilled 1 Litre ginger ale, chilled 700ml lemonade 125ml lime juice 440g can crushed pineapple 140ml passionfruit pulp in syrup 1⁄4 bunch mint leaves, roughly torn Method 1. Slice the pineapple, oranges and other desired fruit into bite size pieces. Set aside. 2. Place ice into the 4.6 Litre Mahalo Bowl and pour in the tropical juice, ginger ale, lemonade and lime juice. 3. Add in the crushed pineapple and passionfruit pulp and stir gently using one of the Mahalo Servers. 4. Garnish with mint and serve in your Mahalo Wine Glasses or Highball Tumblers. Kitchen Notes: For an adult version, substitute lemonade with 500ml white rum and 200ml green ginger wine.
