Ingredients 1⁄3 cup uncooked rice 1 cup cold water 240g chicken or turkey mince 1⁄2 cup button mushrooms 2 tsp cornflour 3 spring onions 1 tbs soy sauce + extra for serving 1 tsp fresh minced ginger 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil Method 1. Place rice and water in the Thatsa® Bowl Small, set aside for 1 hour. Thoroughly drain the rice. Evenly spread the rice over the TupperChefTM Baking Sheet using the TupperChef Spatula Medium. 2. Place remaining ingredients into the Extra Chef with the triple blade attachment inserted, cover and process into a paste. 3. Roll one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, and then evenly coat it in rice. Place rice dumpling in the MicroSteamerTM Base. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture. 4. Fill the MicroSteamer Water Tray with 400ml of cold water, place the Base on top of the Tray, put the cover on and microwave on high for 15 minutes. Serve warm with soy sauce. Kitchen Notes This recipe was tested in an 800 watt microwave. Please adjust your microwave if necessary. (High 800 watts; medium high 650 watts; medium 500 watts).
