Ingredients 250g mixed berries1 (strawberries hulled and quartered) 2 tbs icing sugar 1 egg 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract or paste 25ml water 1⁄2 cup plain flour 1⁄2 cup milk 4 tsp melted butter for cooking 6 tbs Nutella Icing sugar for dusting Optional: Vanilla ice-cream and extra berries to serve Method 1. Place berries and icing sugar2 in Thatsa® Bowl Small and mix well. Set aside. 2. Put egg, vanilla and water into Bake 2 Basics Shake It Quick3. Using the Bake 2 Basics Sift ‘N Stor sift flour into the mixture and then add milk. Seal shaker and shake vigorously to mix4. 3. Heat non-stick fry pan or crepe pan over medium heat. Brush pan with 1 teaspoon melted butter. Pour 1⁄4 of mixture into center of pan, tilting gently from side to side to allow mixture to spread. 4. Wait until surface of pancake is set and bottom is golden. Flip pancake with egg flip to cook briefly on the other side. 5. While still in pan, hold the pancake steady with a spoon and use the TupperChefTM Spatula Medium to gently spread 11⁄2 tablespoons Nutella onto half of the pancake, then scatter macerated berries on top. 6. Fold over pancake and then again into quarters, then transfer to a serving plate. 7. Dust the top of the pancake with icing sugar and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and a few extra berries. 8. Repeat from step 3 for the rest of the mixture. If berries are not in season then use frozen berries (thaw them on paper towel). 2 If pancakes are served as an adult dessert you can add a splash of your choice of liquor to berries in step 1. 3 Alternatively you can use the Smooth ChopperTM with the paddle attachment. If you would like to increase the mixture you can use the Extra Chef with the paddle attachment. 4 Mixture should be about the thickness of pouring cream. If mixture thickens after leaving to stand, add a splash of milk.
